ct111 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Policies & Fair Use

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the ct111 platform, including the website at ct111.win, the mobile app available for Android and all associated services. ct111 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming products to eligible players.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and ct111. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the full terms governing your relationship with ct111.

ct111 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be the authoritative reference.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use ct111, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — businesses and legal entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must not already hold an existing ct111 account, whether active, dormant or previously closed.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person.

ct111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including a valid CNIC, proof of address or documentation supporting your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the required documents are received. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password or OTP codes with anyone. ct111 will never ask for your full password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ct111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits are typically credited to your ct111 balance within minutes, depending on the payment method and your network provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits usually process near-instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ct111 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or accounts not registered under your name. Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within 1–4 hours during operating hours
• Raast: typically near-instant during banking hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Cards: 2–5 business days depending on the card issuer

ct111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. ct111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in your own name. ct111 is not responsible for deposits made in error, including incorrect account numbers. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

ct111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts and eligible games will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used to meet wagering requirements on other bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who register duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all bonuses voided.
• ct111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If ct111 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, arbitrage or systematic exploitation — it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5. Sports Betting Rules

ct111's sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other major tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on ct111:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation — the odds shown when you place the bet are the odds that apply.
• A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference from the platform.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay during which the odds may update. ct111 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a significant event (such as a wicket or goal) where odds had not yet updated to reflect that event.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that event type.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets may be settled on the reduced-over result or voided depending on the market rules in place at the time of the bet.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant market.
• ct111 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of technical errors, software faults or incorrectly displayed odds.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the betting system, to collude with other players or to manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Casino & Games

The ct111 casino includes live casino tables — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger and live game shows — as well as slots and RNG-based table games available in the game lobby. The following terms apply to all casino and game play on ct111:

• All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent, random and cannot be influenced by previous outcomes or player behaviour.
• Live casino results are determined by real dealers operating in live studio environments. ct111 does not control dealer decisions or live game outcomes beyond the game rules in place.
• Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available within the game information panels. ct111 does not alter RTP settings beyond what the provider allows.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection where technically possible. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your balance.
• ct111 reserves the right to void casino game rounds where a technical fault is identified that materially affected the outcome.

Game availability may vary and certain games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates or regional restrictions. ct111 will endeavour to notify players of extended maintenance periods in advance where possible.

7. Responsible Gaming

ct111 is an entertainment platform for adults. Gaming should be enjoyable — it should not become a source of financial pressure or personal stress. ct111 provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit directly from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be raised immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a session duration reminder so the platform notifies you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct111 account credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. ct111 will never ask for your full password through any channel — including live chat, email or phone.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection on login and withdrawals.
• Do not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access ct111 from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from ct111 and requesting your password or payment details, do not respond — contact support to report it.

ct111 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

9. Privacy & Data

ct111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ct111 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and improving the platform. ct111 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data ct111 holds about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. To exercise these rights, contact the ct111 support team.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes, or to exploit bonus offers.
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not available to the general public at the time of the bet (inside information).
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display glitches or software faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using ct111 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access your account or the platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the platform or its infrastructure.

ct111 monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ct111 reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with that activity, close the account without prior notice and withhold any balances pending investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

ct111 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, software updates or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

• ct111 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity issues on your end or delays caused by your payment provider.
• ct111 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• ct111 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• ct111's total liability to any player in connection with any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

ct111 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ct111 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes significantly affect player rights or obligations, ct111 will endeavour to provide advance notice through a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the ct111 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange any applicable withdrawal of your balance.
